What is included in my ticket?

Food and drinks are included as advertised with your ticket package, along with the entertainment and experiences detailed in the event description.

Is Fina Brunch Club an 18+ event?

Yes. All guests must be aged 18 or over and may be required to present valid photographic ID.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive during the entry window shown on your ticket. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your allocated time. Bottomless Starts 2pm. Doors open 1.30pm

Are tickets refundable?

No. All tickets and deposits are non-refundable.

Can I move my booking to another date?

Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another Fina Brunch Club date, subject to availability and a minimum of 10 days’ notice before the event date. All tickets and deposits remain non-refundable.

What happens if I don’t attend?

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Can I book as a group?

Yes. We recommend booking all tickets together under one lead name to help ensure your group is seated together.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Please contact us before the event with any dietary requirements or allergies.

We cater for GF.

Is there a dress code?

Smart, stylish brunch attire is encouraged. Management reserves the right to refuse entry To excessively casual clothing. No Hoods/Caps

Will there be entertainment?

Yes. Fina Brunch Club features DJs, live entertainment, hosts, and an energetic party atmosphere.

Can I celebrate a birthday or special occasion?

Absolutely. Contact us in advance to discuss birthday packages, VIP tables, and special arrangements. Birthday Guest Booking is free.

Will photos and videos be taken?

Yes. Event photography and videography may be used across our social media channels and promotional materials.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, guests will be offered an alternative date or ticket credit.

Drinks Policy

Drinks will be allocated by jug or bottle based on the number of guests at each table.

All jugs, bottles, and glasses must be fully consumed before additional drinks or alternative selections can be provided.

Guests may change their drink selection throughout the service; however, all previously served drinks must be finished before a new order is issued.

For cocktail jug packages and bottle service, all guests seated at the same table must select the same cocktail jug or bottle option.

We kindly ask all guests to drink responsibly and respect the venue’s responsible service of alcohol policy.
